The Athlete Assessment must be completed in full before any service begins. It covers academics, athletic information, film, goals, and current recruiting activity. This is how BM3 understands your athlete before building anything.

What's Included
Assessment & Kickoff
Review of your intake, academics, and goals. Includes a 30-minute kickoff call and written priorities summary.
Coach-Facing Profile & X Presence
A recruiting profile PDF (up to 2 pages), an X bio, a pinned-post draft, and a branded X banner.
Hudl Presentation Review
Written recommendations on clip order, identification, and presentation for one highlight reel up to 10 minutes. Video editing is not included.
Target Schools & Coach Contacts
Up to 20 programs with fit rationale and up to two relevant coaching contacts per school where publicly available.
Outreach Tools & 30-Day Action Plan
An editable recruiting tracker, three outreach templates, a week-by-week plan, and a 30-minute handoff call.

The Process
From Kickoff to Handoff

Complete the Assessment
Fill out the Athlete Assessment in full. This is required before work begins.

Kickoff Call
Work begins after payment, written scope acceptance, and the kickoff call. Initial deliverables arrive within 10 business days.

Review & Revise
Submit one consolidated revision request within 7 days. Revisions within scope are delivered within 5 business days.

Your Family Takes the Lead
BM3 prepares the research, materials, and drafts. Your athlete or parent reviews and sends all coach communications.
What BM3 Does Not Include
Services support recruiting preparation and organization. They do not include scholarship, roster, admission, or coach-response guarantees; NCAA certification; representation in NIL negotiations; video production; or paid promotion. School fit is a research recommendation, not a promise of admission or recruiting interest.
