Meet the Coach Behind BM3 Athlete Intelligence

Robert Mooshagian founded BM3 Athlete Intelligence with a perspective shaped by playing, coaching, and growing up around the game. A former wide receiver at Sacramento State competing at the NCAA Division I FCS level, Robert combines firsthand college football experience with 15 years of coaching to help athletes and families approach recruiting with clarity, preparation, and purpose.

As a third-generation coach, Robert carries a football legacy that spans high school, college, and the NFL. His grandfather built a 30-year coaching career as one of Southern California's winningest high school coaches. His father, Steve Mooshagian, coached at Fresno State, Nevada, and the University of Pittsburgh before coaching wide receivers for the Cincinnati Bengals. Today, Steve is the all-time winningest head football coach at Ventura College, a nationally ranked junior college program in California.

That background has given Robert relationships with coaches around the country at every level—and an understanding of the preparation, communication, and trust that recruiting requires. He brings both the athlete's perspective and the coach's eye to helping players present their abilities, identify appropriate opportunities, and communicate professionally.

Through BM3 Athlete Intelligence, Robert pairs that experience with modern tools for athlete branding, film presentation, recruiting organization, and AI-assisted content development. The goal is to give families a clear plan and help coaches quickly find the information they need: film, academics, measurable performance, and the person behind the player.
